Shipping policy

📥 Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

Due to state laws, we cannot ship kratom to the following states:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin
  • Florida
  • Georgia 
  • Louisiana 

👧 Age Restrictions

Some states allow kratom sales but impose a minimum age requirement. Customers must meet these age restrictions to place an order:

  • Arizona — 18+
  • Colorado — 21+
  • Illinois — 18+
  • New Hampshire — 18+
  • Nevada — 18+
  • Oregon — 21+
  • Tennessee — 21+
  • Utah — 21+
  • South Carolina — 21+

We reserve the right to verify age before shipping.

🚧 Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@coastalkratom.co. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
